Is it Friday yet? I’ve had a bit of a rough week this week and it’s only Wednesday… But I’m staying positive and pushing through. You know what helps with that? Eating ALL THE WAFFLES!!!!
I don’t know if you’ve ever tried a grain free or even just a gluten free waffle but typically they are kinda meh. Like they taste good and all but they tend to lack the crispy deliciousness that I remember from eating Eggo Waffles as a kid.
Have you ever watched the show The Following? My husband and I watched roughly half of the first season when it first came on but it was a little intense for me so we eventually just stopped watching. I figured I had enough stressors in my life without adding a completely unnecessary one from a television show. Well, it’s on Netflix now and my husband started watching it this past Friday since he had a four day weekend this weekend for Columbus Day and was home all day by himself. (I know, not fair right?!?!) He was watching it again this morning when I got home from yoga and it was totally distracting! Here I am trying to get ready for work and I was already running late, like really really late, and I can’t stop watching the TV!
I’m sitting here on my couch watching Friends on a Monday afternoon. Is this what it’s like not having a full time job (or kids)? If so, I like it! Normally I’d be at work, but my Penny girl is sick. No, I do not have a kid. Penny is my dog. And when my dog is sick, I take sick leave to be home with her. And so I don’t have to clean poop out of her crate, off the walls, off of her…again. Sorry, TMI.
