Ribs are probably my husbands favorite food. We rarely get them at restaurants or buy them at the grocery store because they are more expensive than other cuts of meat, but I’m pretty sure he would eat them every day if cost wasn’t an issue.
When he was overseas a few months back I spotted some tasty lookin’ ribs that were on sale at Whole Foods and I couldn’t resist. So I picked up a couple of racks and put them in the freezer for when he got home. Now whenever my husband makes these ribs I am reminded of the joy and contentment I felt at that time having my best friend home again.
