One in four pregnancies ends in miscarriage. But the fact that it’s common does not take away from the pain and grief that comes with losing a child. In addition to the feelings of loss, there can also be feelings of loneliness. You see everyone around you having healthy pregnancies and caring for healthy little babies and you may feel like you’re the only one struggling. But the truth is that pregnancy loss is so common and people just don’t talk about it.

But, this is changing. And I want to help.

So I’m here (and on Instagram!), openly and honestly sharing our story of loss and how we’ve remained hopeful amidst the pain and heartbreak.
