Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino {Paleo and AIP}

  • 12 oz coffee (or roasted chicory/dandelion blend for AIP)
  • 8 oz coconut milk (canned, full fat)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2-3 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • dash of mace
  1. Brew your coffee or Breakfast Blend, let cool and pour into ice cube trays to freeze
  2. Add frozen coffee cubes, coconut milk, pumpkin, maple syrup and spices to blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour into a glass, top with cinnamon and serve
