Easy BBQ Ribs

Serves: 6-8
  • 1 Tbs coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbs smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • About 4 large racks baby back (pork loin back) ribs
  1. Combine all spice ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Place ribs on large baking sheets
  3. Spread spice mixture all over top side of ribs
  4. Cover with foil and place in the fridge for 6-8 hours
  5. About 3 hours before you want to eat, preheat oven to 350 degrees
  6. Place ribs in preheated oven for 2 hours and 15 minutes (make sure the foil is completely sealed around the baking sheet to hold in the moisture)
  7. Heat grill to 300-350 degrees
  8. Place ribs on rib rack on the grill
  9. Brush your favorite BBQ sauce on the ribs
  10. Close lid and let cook for about 6 minutes
  11. Brush more sauce on the ribs
  12. Close lid and let cook for about 6 more minutes
  13. Remove from grill and serve
