Best Burger Ever Recipe

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 325 degrees)
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined
  4. Spread meat evenly onto a large cutting board or cookie sheet and divide into equal ¼ pound sections
  5. Take each section one at a time and form into a patty
  6. Press the center of the patty down slightly with your thumb
  7. Place burgers onto grill, close lid and cook for 5 minutes
  8. Flip burgers and cook for an additional 4 minutes
