Easy Pico de Gallo & Guacamole

Ingredients
  • For the pico de gallo:
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ jalapeno, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • For the guacamole:
  • 3 avocados
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¾ cups pico de gallo
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ jalapeno, chopped
Instructions
  1. For the pico de gallo:
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until thoroughly combined
  3. Alternatively, chop all ingredients and then mix by hand
  4. For the guacamole:
  5. Mash avocados with potato masher or the back of a fork
  6. Add in lime juice, pico de gallo, salt, and jalapeno until combined
  7. Add more/less salt or jalapeno to taste
