  • Whole chicken (3-4 lb)
  • ½ tsp basil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper (omit for AIP)
  1. Rub spice mixture all over chicken, making sure to get it in all the nooks and crannies
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker breast side up and cook on low for 6-8 hours
