Green Machine Bone Broth

  • 8 oz warm bone broth
  • 1 cup greens, packed (spinach, kale, chard, etc)
  • 1 Tbs fat of choice (butter, ghee, coconut oil, etc)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  1. Heat broth in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the greens.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the greens are cooked through.
  4. Add fat of choice, salt and garlic powder and blend with an immersion blender until combined. Alternatively, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
