Anti-Inflammatory Bone Broth

  • 8oz warm bone broth (beef, chicken, etc)
  • 1 Tbs fat of choice (ghee, butter, coconut oil, lard)
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Dash of cloves
  1. Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar.
  2. Blend with immersion blender until combined.
  3. Alternatively, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
