Anyway, since I’ve been so busy, I haven’t had a chance to create anything new for you guys on the blog. So instead of just staying silent over here or just randomly throwing something together that’s not any good, I decided to share a recipe from my eBook Butter Your Broth!
This recipe for Anti-Inflammatory Bone Broth seems to be the most popular from the book. Or at least it’s the one most often shared on instagram. And it is totally my favorite too so I hope you guys love it! Personally, my favorite fat to use for this recipe is coconut oil because of the taste that it imparts and the amazing benefits to your health. - 8oz warm bone broth (beef, chicken, etc)
- 1 Tbs fat of choice (ghee, butter, coconut oil, lard)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- Dash of cloves
- Add all ingredients to a wide mouth jar.
- Blend with immersion blender until combined.
- Alternatively, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
