Anti-Inflammatory Bone Broth: Sneak Peek Recipe from Butter Your Broth

Anti-inflammatory Bone Broth, a sneak peek recipe from the eBook Butter Your Broth | #butteryourbroth #paleo #bonebroth

As I mentioned in my newsletter the other day, I’ve been super busy lately working on a bunch of different projects. I can’t disclose anything just yet, but when I can, my newsletter subscribers will be the first to know. So if you haven’t subscribed yet, you should! You can do that here.

Anyway, since I’ve been so busy, I haven’t had a chance to create anything new for you guys on the blog. So instead of just staying silent over here or just randomly throwing something together that’s not any good, I decided to share a recipe from my eBook Butter Your Broth!

This recipe for Anti-Inflammatory Bone Broth seems to be the most popular from the book. Or at least it’s the one most often shared on instagram. And it is totally my favorite too so I hope you guys love it!┬áPersonally, my favorite fat to use for this recipe is coconut oil because of the taste that it imparts and the amazing benefits to your health. You can read about the many benefits of coconut oil in this post on the 28 Science-Verified Health Benefits of Coconut Oil.

I am not one much to responding to recipes…But, holy cow, this was awesome! I needed something to replace my nightly hot cocoa (just unsweetened cocoa powder, hot water and coconut oil), due to going on the AIP, and this hits the spot. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect with this one and was prepared to dump it down the sink…but it’s a winner.

I’m so glad you liked it! Replacing our morning beverages is never an easy thing, and that hot cocoa sounds delicious. But I’m glad you found something that can be a substitute. Good luck with AIP!
